Rossner Pettit is a horrible lawyer. He can't write, he does not know the first thing about the proper legal language for a prenup agreement, he stole from us, literally: took a $1000 retainer, then overcharged us for every single thing, $2500 in bills sent, after he skipped town, never finishing our job. He also made inappropriate, misogynestic comments to me (wife in pre-nup) claiming that he does not need a pre-nup with his wife because she is trustworthy. Unlike the standard pre-nup which never should be more than $2000, he charged us $3500 for my husband's side, event though my lawyer only charged me $500 to completely rewrite this lawyer's incompetent document that was so inaccurate, it would not even have been legal, oh, and that was before, did I mention, he skipped town without ever finishing our job, but would have taken us to collections, and did not return any calls, when we asked for him to adjust our bill, because oh, he skipped town the week of our deadline.
