Personable and knowledgeable. I ultimately didn't hire Rob, however he gave me sound advice and pointed me in the right direction to get my questions answered. If I do ever get charged with something, Rob will be my first call.

my sister hired him...did NOTHING..did not take or return phone calls...was verbally abusive, screaming in her face, treating her like she was worthless..seemed like he was paid off by other lawyer

I agree 100% with the other bad ratings. They didn't spend anytime or research on my dui case. They could have saved me a lot of time hassle if they would have just looked into a few they things that dui lawyers should already know. THe only time they care about you is when they are trying to get your money. I mostly dealt with Rob and I would NOT reccommend him to anyone. I also asked him to look into something simple after the case, he responded that he would, but never did anything, even after I followed up.

Horrible experience. Faced with a serious DWI case I was left to practically deal with my case alone and was pressured to settle with a harsh penalty instead of supposedly risking taking it to trial. I wouldn't recommend using this law firm unless you are comfortable with Mickey and Minnie mouse handling your case and trying to bankrupt you in the mean time. They will only be in contact until you sign the retainer. Then they forget about you

I was facing a very serious DWI charge and I am extremely happy that I had Rob as my lawyer. He found a way to convince the judge to dismiss the charges against me when I had fully expected to have a DWI on my record forever. I would definitely choose Rob again.

This company has no clue as to how to defend a dui or dwi. I asked my brother to look up a lawyer and I regret my choice in Beito/Lengeling. Rob Lengeling did NOT take any time to review my case. They only care about signing you up, and once they do you can forget about any time spent on your case. I can not stress enough the poor quality and dismal bs they put me through. I would have been better off representing myself. I am NOT kidding. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find any other defense attorney. Beito and Lengeling only care about your money...not your case.
