Disappointed in the experience. Inattentive, unresponsive unless talking about the bill. The work I needed wasn't urgent or very important, but will definitely not be going back.

Mark cares about something, and it's running up your bill for every buck he can get. Plenty of better cost effective lawyers out there to choose from before him. Buyer beware!
