Richard assisted me and my family members on obtaining the green card based on National Interest Wavier. With his service, our green card process went very smoothly and able to receive cards within a short time frame. He did great job!! Richard is very honest person, always have time to answer questions (even in after office hours) and always look documents very carefully. I highly recommend Richard.

The rating was done based on years of feedback from clients and other attorneys and the multiple awards richard Fleischer has won over the years. Additionally, he had a law enacted which is HAS SAVED many aliens.This law mandates the courts to warn alien of possible deportation consequences before allowing a plea of guilty or no contest before the courts and is used as a precedent in all criminal courts in Ohio. i could go on and on but I think this will surfice the rating i have given Mr. Fleischer.
