I originally wrote a review and gave a 5 star rating without knowing what mistakes had actually been made. Rick's paralegal failed to properly identify and divide assets, and failed to properly draft (2) quit claim deeds. These mistakes nearly cost me the sale of my house. Rick did correct one of the issues but is now trying to charge me an astronomical price for fixing what his team screwed up. Even attempting to bully me by threatening me with a lawsuit if I do not pay it by his deadline. he has sent me 4 different emails with now 4 different amounts. He refuses to admit any fault in the mistakes and refuses to provide me with a logical explanation as to why I am being charged. I will never again recommend this attorney to anyone. I am currently in the process of writing a letter of complaint to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel for legal malpractice. If you have been treated unfairly by this attorney, please do the same.

If I could give this place zero stars I would have. Do not hire this law firm to represent you for your legal needs no matter what they might be. These ****s will actually take your entire retainer that you put down with them & rationalize spending it and I mean all of it somehow making up ridiculously padded itemized statements to justify them spending everything. I'm not done yet though because once the entire amount that you gave them has been completely exhausted they you gave them begins to run out, they will charge you even more money that you did not give them and when you refused to pay for services you did not ask for they will then proceed to file a lawsuit on you. Yes that's right you read that correctly my own damn lawyer took me to court and sued me for additional legal fees after they spent every penny that I gave them initially. So please if you ever will ever considering this law firm, please reconsider & keep looking because if he's going to do this to me, I can gua

This guy is terrible. The opposing council withdrew their pleadings and he took credit for it like he had something to do with it when they withdrew on their own. It had nothing to do with him. He also sued me for more money after he already took over 3,000.00 from me. He took me to court when I was 7 months pregnant with my daughters little brother (who by the way she has never gotten to meet yet) for another 1300.00!! He didn't even get me a visit with my daughter let alone get her back for me

I would never recommend this attorney, he is unprofessional in my opinion, if your case is over and he decides to bill you for more money he will take you to debtors court Div. 25 and use client privilege information against you as evidence. He will hound you and insist on those additional fees even though he did nothing to earn them. He does not use written estimates of his time but rather makes verbal agreements that he alters and then says that he did not make with you. BEWARE of this Attorney and the other ones at this office as well. I am stating this because he is unethical in his charges will not be on your side if you are a woman he will take your case and then do all to help the opposing party. He lacks compassion and empathy for client in a bad situation to start with and he does not help. He will withdraw from your case and still charge you as though he did all he said he would do while accomplishing nothing for you.
