RE: Attorney Valencia Rainey's legal representation vi Gebhardt and Associates with regard to federal employment law and EEOC cases: I would NEVER recommend Ms. Rainey to anyone as her handling of my case did not demonstrate that she has the necessary skills in this area of law to effectively advise and represent clients. Poorly prepared documents (grammar and substantive content) not withstanding, she caused more harm than good to me, on top of wasted time and $$$. The true 'gains' made in my case - I did them on my own. BEWARE!!
