I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. He basically took his money and ran. He won the case and I was told if I needed access to funds to help with my small child I could call him and he would put together the paperwork to turn into the probate court. After his received his pay I have no longer been able to contact him. He has not returned any of my calls or emails for the past 6 months. If you want a lawyer who cares and values you as a client and appreciates the business you bring him/her do not contact this lawyer.

David is an awesome lawyer, one of the best in Chicago. He handled a case where I was seriously injured in a car accident. The attorney for the defense tried to distort my injuries, claiming they weren't from the car accident. David filed a lawsuit and was able to establish that they were and the insurance company finally paid $1 million dollars to settle the case. David cared about me, cared about my case and was wonderful to deal with. He fully explained the case, from beginning to end. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone and do recommend him. I couldn't have had a better lawyer representing me.

David did a great job on my case. He is an awesome lawyer. My husband was killed in a construction accident. He cared about me and my son. He worked tirelessly on our case. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns. He kept me informed and helped me make the decision to settle my case without having to go to trial. We received a settlement of over 3 million dollars. Because of the settlement, me and my son are taken care of for the rest of our lives. God bless David for helping people.

He is a great lawyer. He took our case and fought the city of Chicago through thick and thin. They threw up every possible roadblock. He went to a jury trial with us and got a multi-million dollar verdict (over 2 million dollars) on a very difficult and contested wrongful death case. We think he is the best. He cared about us and our case.

Never calls back. When you meet for the first time he is a nice guy. But if you call him after you sign with him he is an a hole beyond belief, will not tell you anything about your case, that is if your lucky enough to get a hold of him once in every 3 months. Every time you call him, his paralegal tells you he is either sick or on vacation. AVOID AT ALL COST!
