Talk about zero communication! This attorney was not forthright about anything that was going on with my case. My injury is still and will continue to plague me. A paralegal gave me a "heads up" on what was to come, and she was correct, and she was fired. He is not honest and the outcome, for what I live with, is insulting. He was busy with another trial and he told me that others had left the firm at the time I was there. I should have left too. I have the email from the paralegal, who had to "ammend" the complaint, over a year after it was filed. I caught the errors, he surely did not.
