Joyce Gentry is an AMAZING attorney. She showed great compassion, personal concern, and legal expertise. She had our granddaughters best interest at heart, and fought tooth and nail for her. It's amazing watching her in the court room. I'm proud to call her my new found friend and attorney. If we could rate her a 100, we would. If you want the best attorney in town for family law, she is the only choice.

I was a therapist for Hogares in 1995 to 1996. She was guardian-ad-litem. She grilled me. I had to go home and throw up, nap and have a little therapy before I could go back to work. I have EVERY NEED TO GET ME AN ATTORNEY, I would hire Joyce as my attorney to represent me. She is the best attorney I have ever seen! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate her 1000+.

Joyce is an extremely smart, knowledgeable and experienced divorce attorney. Emotions are high during a divorce and Joyce keeps your case grounded in the law and legal precedence. She does not waste your time and money pursuing what you "feel" your outcome should be. Try to stay calm and listen to Joyce. And if your case cannot be mediated and goes to court then you definitely want Joyce. She is brilliant in the courtroom and if there is any chance your case will go to court then retain Joyce before your ex does!

Went thru a very difficult divorce that took 3 years. Every time we went to court the judge ruled in my favor. Joyce Gentry was able to show the judge each time that my ex was unreasonable. I highly recommend her for a difficult divorce with complicated assets.

Joyce was referred to us and we absolutely love her! She is very knowledgable. As a father I have been trying to get custody of my kids for 7 years. Joyce gave me a lot of valuable advice. With her help my kids are back in the state and in my custody now. My kids are happy and in a better place and I couldn't have done it without her and her son Nate! Joyce has been an excellent attorney for me. She is frank with me so I know how to proceed with decisions and know what battles are worth fighting. She has done what she can can to settle out of court and has been tenacious in court. While other reviewers talk about how expensive she is, I have had another lawyer who was more expensive with a lot less value.

Im so please with Joyce. Never once did she put pressure on me to choose her as my attorney. Matter of fact, she saw me a couple years ago and my recent meeting she remembered my case. She moved on my case the same day and had documents in my hands less than 24 hrs. She is expensive but i rather pay more and have an experinced voice than the bad attorney i had who dropped the ball on my case several times. Joyce did more for me in the last week than my other attorney did in the last 4 years. Im honored to have her on my side and we just started the journey.

Hightens tensions between parties and trumps up minor issues so that they become major. She will make sure that you and your ex are in worse shape after she gets involved. Unreal.

Joyce has been thorough and tenacious. I am thankful to have had her as my attorney. Despite the negative reviews she never seemed to be more interested in her fee than her client. She deserves to get paid, and has enough self-respect to ask for it, but she also works with you to set up affordable payment plans. She also seemed to continually consider the welfare of my young child whenever she gave advice or planned a strategy. She did not pursue avenues that would be wasteful or unproductive. She continually supported amicable resolutions. She is well worth her high fee.She is highly competent and has no patience for stupidity, but then again neither do I. She can be a bulldog to the opposing side and sweet and nurturing to her client. She fought hard and effectively for me. And she always asked me how I wanted to proceed--we were a real team.

Joyce is an expensive attorney. However, if you are divorcing a narcissist as I was, she is well worth her value. She does charge a lot but her strategy is so brilliant that she will ultimately save you money in custody evals/etc. A very good attorney if you are more well off and you're ex is abusive/narcissistic/abusive to your children. Also, as a GAL for the state of NM, she has some very good understanding of child abuse laws. I've very much appreciated her work as my attorney.

She does nothing to help resolve disputes and in fact does exactly he opposite. She purposefully created animosity between my ex and I in areas where none previously existed to continue collecting her fees. She is highly immoral and unethical and is ONLY interested in getting paid. Now things between my ex and I are worse than ever, thanks to her.

She over charges and settles with out or any documents. I have paid over $29,000 & never got a full discovery. She dropped me one day before court. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
