Jim is the most intelligent, credible, ethical and sensible lawyer I have ever worked with. I have worked with him for over 25 years, and entrusted various legal matters to him, including investment, corporate and critical estate matters. If I need counsel in another area where he will recuse himself based on his specialization, I go to him first for referrals. his judgement is unerring and fair - even if I do not like it, he has been right.
