This guy gives a good firm a bad reputation, and he may be a real smooth talker yet once he gets your money in hand, he loses interest in the case. Its no longer about justice it then becomes about his checkbook... I once thought michael was a good attorney until he was unwilling or unable to follow thru with our agreement and was unwilling to argue my case, which may I add was one of the easiest cases to argue and win, I choose the wrong guy to represent me, please dont do the same, trust me you will resent it like I now do...He couldnt even stick to the fee agreement that we had which was half by the trial date and that he would trust me for the remainder, which I went up and above what we agreed upon and paid 60% by trial and had every intention of paying the balance within 90 days, however he was no longer willing to argue my case which I repeat could have been very easily won if he had just had the ethics and moral to do just that, now I have been found guilty and never should...
