She made up her mind on day one what the outcome of our trial was going to be, and stuck to it. She hated me from day 1. She refused to allow in relevant evidence that would have opened her eyes,she got the facts completely upside down in her ruling, reversed an order from a previous judge without either party asking for it then refused to admit her error. She is rude, condescending, impatient, closed minded and arrogant. If it were not for the cost, I would have appealed. One lawyer told me "If it is any consolation to you, whenever I get her as my trial judge I adjourn it and get another judge. She is too unpredictable" Talk about bad luck for me. i wish I had gotten anyone but her. Run for the hills if you get her and do everything in your power to change. She should not be allowed to be in her capacity.

I formally put in a complaint about this lawyer for yelling at me in court. She also refused to allow me to complete my arguments. She made it known that she had a personal dislike for me. I agree that she refuses to listen to evidence.

demonstrates that she is knowledgeable fair and does not request documents or ask for unnecessary materials..I don't always like her decisions, but that is just because I am not getting my way

Can't really measure the value, and this should have the "n/a" option. Very knowledgable. I'm not sure if the other commentator has read or seen her other hundreds of trials? My experiences before were nothing but professional. I was unsuccessful with my applications, but she did her job and did it well.

HAS HAD DECISIONS QUASHED FOR REFUSING TO LISTEN TO EVIDENCE. SEE GOOGLE UNDER HER NAME,SEE CASE SEPT/27/05 AND OCT/27/05 CASE OF RCMP OFFICER. AND SHE IS STILL REFUSING IN CERTAIN CASES, TO LISTEN TO EVIDENCE..IN 08. AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT. AMAZING, SINCE THIS YEAR 2009 SHE IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL OF B.C. WHOSE MANDATE IS TO EXAMINE THE CONDUCT OF JUDGES, AND REVIEW/COMPLAINTS ABOUT JUDGES BY THE PUBLIC.
