Terrible, unethical and in the Hackensack attorney good old boys club. He represent me as jr attorney at another firm on my first divorce and now represents my soon to be ex wife in my 2nd divorce and dosen't see a conflict. What????
Mr Buckner will gladly produce unneeded work just to milk you out and get paid. So if you want too pay a lot of money and get nothing done see these guys they'll make sure to take your life savings so they can go on vacation and leave you and your family in distress. These guys have wrecked more Bergen County families then you can count and have no problems sleeping in the night doing so.
Both Bremer and Buckner came from the two biggest milk you out firms in Bergen County to create their newly created company a few years ago.. Bremer from Weiner Salerno, Kaufman & Aronsohn and Buckner from Atkins, Tafuri, Minassian, D’Amato, Beane & Miller,. So you can see they were both extremely well trained to legalize extort every dollar you have.

Joshua is one of the worst money gauging attorney I have meet and I have deal with many. This guy is all about the money (for him) and will bill you for worthless work just for his benefit.

Was my divorce attorney and screwed up the child support and ended it at age 17. My child will still be in high school when it ends. So it will cost me more money in family court. Never put a date how long my ex has to reimburse out of pocket medical expenses so needless to say I'm owed 1000s of additional dollars for years!! What kind of lawyer does that?
