Ms. Ramirez has not done anything for my case in two years and I have given her over 6000 dollars. She doesn't even call to let me know there is a court date. I am in worst shape now than when I went for legal help. She is very rude and doesn't want to represent me now because I don't have more money to give her. What a lawyer.

MINA RAMIREZ TOOK OUR RETAINER, COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND AFTER 8 MONTHS HAS STILL NOT FILED ORIGINATION DOCUMENTS WITH THE SJ COURTS NOR PERSUED A COURT DATE. SHE REFUSES TO ANSWER REQUESTS TO RETURN THE RETAINER MADE VIA CERTIFIED LETTERS, EMAILS AND VISITS TO THE OFFICE.
