I have bought 4 houses and sold 3 and have always used Mr. Ian Pelman. He I'd extremely knowledgeable and had always given great advice. I have recommended him to many. The staff was always respectful and our calls were always answered.

I have used mr pelman on several purchases. Every closing date was met. All criteria were dealt with by the staff. Always returned my calls. Nothing but good experiences through all 3 purchases.

Lacks property tax knowledge,common sense and communication skills. This lawyer failed to complete due diligence and had delayed completion of a simple property tax matter for several months after closing. He is extremely arrogant. In fact his office hung up on me when I tried to communicate with him. He disputed facts that were indisputable and fully and accurately documented by local taxation office, municipal assessment office, title insurer and independant councel. He has caused me undue hardship and created a great financial burden in completing a relatively simple real estate transaction. Finally when he reached an epiphany and finally agreed to the facts, he refused to take responsibility or offer an apology for his inaccuracies and delays! Extremely stressfull situation! Dont waste your time or money.
