We have had nothing but bad experiences with this lawyer - he is not about the best interest of the children. He never communicates with us or responds to phone calls or emails. We have had a child in our care for a 1 1/2 years and he has been to visit with the child twice!! He should not be allowed to practice law.

This law guardian DOES NOT have the best interest of a child. I am next to losing a case due to his non-participation in a family court matter with my child. He is not present for mediation sit downs, and is not reachable half the time on other matters. Very upset with him and his practice.

This lawyer does not care about the welfare of children. He would let a child die before he stepped up and actually took care of the situation. He really needs to do more thorough research with what he does rather then not look at the facts. Another number you may know him on is his cell phone that number is (631)742-9176. In litigation mr Waldvogel reminded us more of a whining adolescent than a lawyer. Well...HE LOST THE CASE.

I have reported this lawyer on more than one occassion to the scba and the grivence committe.You may identify him in court,he's the one who doubles his suit for his pajamas.
