I met this man at his office in patchogue to see if i would hire him in my divorce case, and i used this site for some of my research and im here to give my honest, unbiased opinion of this man. In short i found him to be incredibly rude and,nasty, and after meeting with him after just 10 minutes he ordered me out of his office, what a jerk ! it was crystal clear to me that this man was by far the worst atty that i interviewed. I have no axe to grind with this guy but im definatley warning anybody who considers hiring him that in my opinion, youd be making an aweful mistake.the only person i would recommend this guy to would be to the person i would be hoping to win against in court,,and that my honest review of the guy in simple plain facts...

Bob is nice to you until he get's your retainer(will tell you anything to get the retainer),after that he is rude, calluse,doesn't communicate.

Mr. DaPelo is incredibly difficult to communicate with. He does not return calls and he will cost you thousands of dollars just to listen to his same comments over and over again. His work is sloppy and unprofessional(he uses comic sans)

the attorney makes promises he knows are not true,he takes all of your money and when you are broke he then does not complete your case and will not even accept your phone calls.awful lawyer
