Mr. Fayerman represented me in my divorce's case, he patiently listening the details I said, what's my worries. He explained to me details about how divorce's procedure and gave me very knowledge advise, guided me step by step to do, replied to my email when I had questions every time. Richard Fayerman helped me out at a very difficult situation in my life. My husband and I were on the verge of a separation/divorce. Mr Fayerman was representing me. I found him very knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and always available (day/night) during that time. In the end, my husband and I decided to not go through the divorce process and we are now happy together. But the most important thing that I liked about Mr Fayerman was that he whole-heartedly supported my decision and encouraged me to not break with the family if we could resolve our differences at the same time assuring me that he was always there to help out if things did not work out. I felt I had found a friend in him who was looking after my interests. I would recommend him any day!

Richard is a fantastic lawyer with full integrity, always abiding by his oath of maintaining the law (family law). He is strategic and knowledgeable with many years of experience and familiarity with the supreme courts. His communication is excellent (meticulous) always responding within a reasonable time. Never felt like I was put on the back burner and always felt a priority, which is important. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Richard for my divorce and I ended up in a bankruptcy and him with 130000$ of my $ and never resolved one issue for me. Worst lawyer I ever had. He took me to small claim for $2000.00 last bill + interest was over $4000.00. This lawyer don't care for you or your family. All he wants is his "monies" and don't write anything down and never received an invoice. If you want to lose your case than hire him. Bad representation for the lawyers. Run from him.

If you want to die with your the other half then hire Richard Fayerman. He doesn't know family law at all. He charge high price and end up you got sucks agreement and you and your Ex, each of you may need to pay around $100,000 lawyer fee. He always do unnecessary action to get you to pay.All the money goes to lawyer not your child or family.

I would recommend Richard whole-hardheartedly. During a trying time in my life he helped me with a separation/divorce. He is extremely professional, responsive to client instructions and direct with his communications. You can easily understand what needs to be done and why. When you need someone in your corner, go to Richard!

Richard is very forgetful and you will repeat instructions and details many times, and at your cost. He keeps track of every minute you speak with him, and at 300 plus dollars per hour, this gets expensive very quickly. He does have good knowledge of law, but I do not think he is a truly nice person, and seems to be simply out for the mighty dollar. Your time and money might be better spent elsewhere, but in these days where lawyers are as slimey and dodgey as they come, I wish everyone luck finding a decent lawyer who will provide good value for the money.

Richard Fayerman was my lawyer through a very difficult time. I found him to be very understanding and would explain things so that I had full understanding as to what was going on. He was also available to me when ever I called him, and if he happened to be busy when I called he was very quick to get back to me. When he took on my case I was never fustrated that things were going slow or he had put me on the back burner he got things done very quickly and very efficient. Not only does he work hard for you he actually cares your not just another client. He put together such a good case for me I was awarded by the judge on most of the things that were being asked. I would recommed Richard Fayerman he is one of a kind and very honest.

i had a situation that three other lawyers felt quite pessamistic about and Richard was able to help me win the case. I found that he was knowledgable and did a great job with all the details around the case. I have confidence in his abilities and do not hesitate to recommend him.

I was fooled due to the $335 per hour and a discount I had received through my work program. Mr. Fayerman took nearly $20, 000 from me and I hadn't even had one application heard. He does forget everything you ask him. He does not listen, nor care, nor help. I have spoken to many lawyers about this situation and all of these lawyers were very professional, helpful and felt very sorry for the experience I have had with this man. I do not recommend Mr. Fayerman at all.

Richard is very professional and has a strong work ethic.
He was very courteous and did not waste any of my time, which as a small business owner is very important. I found he has a very pleasant manner both on the phone and in person.
I would definitely recommend Richard to my friends and family.

Richard is extremely unprofessional & has ZERO knowledge/experience when it comes to family law. Do not be fooled into thinking he is well experienced due to the $300+per hr he charges. He talks big but doesn't produce & will keep asking for more money for doing nothing (eg: he will often forget what was discussed in previous meetings & will waste your time & money bringing up the same things again,doesn't follow-up promptly on emails & voicemail messages & he will ask you what you think/want to do,except HE is the lawyer & should be the one advising-otherwise what is he doing in this profession?) He gives the law profession a bad name.
