Successfuly defended me in a methamphetamine conspiracy trial. Convinced the jury that simply because I was a motorcycle owner it did not mean I was a drug dealer. I was charged simply because I belonged to a club where others were using drugs. Mr. Osgood is an outstanding attorney and a teriffic trial laywer. If you are in trouble with the Feds this is the guy you need.
