It seems that Mr Chalik is not interested in working hard for you but wopuld rather settle with the insurance company and get his 30 % fast. Really hard to get in touch with him. I'm a lawyer myself and his explanations about my mother's case weren't convincing at all. I live in Canada so it was hard for me to hire a lawyer recommanded to me . I really regret choosing Mr Chalik for my mother.I do NOT recommand him at all.

Do not hire this attorney office; I repeat DO NOT HIRE this attorney office. The women answering the phone are rude and at times unwilling to answer any of your questions. Jason Chalik is never available to answer any of your questions. If you need to speak to him you must make an appointment. The lady Dale who was handling my case did not want to help me or answer any of my questions. She yelled and had a very nasty attitude when I asked her a question. This law office only want to make as much money as they can off of your case and is unwilling to keep you in the loop of what is going on in your case. This law office will not contact you about the specifics of your case and will leave you hanging until the last minute leaving you helpless to fight a decision if you disagree with it. This law office was a road block in getting my car claim settled and was not interested in assisting with settling it until I made phone calls inquiring about what was going on. DO NOT HIRE!!!
