I was referred to Terry by another attorney who felt Terry would be the best choice for my son's case. At our first meeting, after the situation was explained, he told us what he felt he might be able to accomplish. He presented and explained several resolutions we might expect as well as favorable and unfavorable possibilities. He thoroughly explained his fee structure and said if there was a balance, it would be returned to us. During the course of his investigations, he kept us informed of the progress of the case. At one point there was the question of a jury or bench trial and he said rather than incur the cost of a jury trial, a bench trial would be the proper course. Fortunately, we had a favorable outcome. Throughout the course of our legal relationship, Terry maintained a good sense of humor and a pleasant attitude. My son and I felt very confident and comfortable with him. If I need an attorney in the future, I will certainly call Terry.
