I am giving low ratings because Keisha Steed has horrible communication skills. She did not file an amended answer and counterclaim as I requested at our first meeting. She wouldn't answer my questions, she was cussing at me and acted as if she was the one in charge of my case. I found her to be very unprofessional and she was very disrespectful when speaking to me. She dropped the ball several times, but wanted more money right before I had to go to my final hearing. She was fully aware that I was struggling and wasn't even receiving the legal amount of child support. My entire divorce was a horrible experience, and Keisha Steed did not make it any better. She was so busy kissing up to the opposing counsel that she couldn't fight for what was fair to me. She didn't file motions properly and didn't follow procedure when sending subpoenas. The opposing party wasn't notified, so we couldn't use the information. I was told that she would fight for what I needed. That didn't happen.

It's been 10 years now. Ms.Steed handled a car I had through Walmart. I had a slip and fall that resulted in a punched nerve in my back and a fractured arm. Thanks to her I didn't get one red penny from them. I'm still bothered about this today because Ms. Steed disappeared, loss contact, wouldn't return my calls or nothing

K steed handled my divorce without a hitch.I did what i needed to do so she could do her job. Mrs Steed is professional and I was very happy with her work. All my questions were answered and ...better yet my problem was resolved in a timely manner

Steer clear of this lawyer. Needed assistance with daughter s mother who was incarcerated. Ms. Steed took so long in getting the documents to the sheriff that the mother got out and my child s whereabouts went unknown. The mother is required to provide visitation twice a month and that has not happened in two years. This lawyer dropped the ball and left me hanging before we got to court.

Keisha is a wonderful and caring lawyere. She has a big heart and has helped me and my husband out tramendously. She is a blessing to my family and I.

Keshia has kept my family in court every 2 years for unjustified allegations representing a client who just doesn't to pay child support. The mother has never denied the fathers rights, she even decreased the support amount & increased visitation rights, etc. when Keshia and her client discovered the mother makes 2x as much as her client, they made allegations of abuse to remove the child and change custody to the father so he could get the child support. she is immoral and untrustworthy. the court appointed therapist and a GAL verified no sign of abuse, so Keshia sd the GAL was taking sides! She is a cutthroat attorney with no real experience. the judge has had to withdraw her requests for trial based on her own inadequecies until she finally filed the correct paperwork. She is still learning the ins and outs of the legal system. but what she does know she has used to drive a wedge between family communication.
