She backed my sons dad coaching prior to home visit . her communication is all over the place .She is biased and formed accusations into a painting in which fit the plaintiff claims never asking me to explain or resend videos that were of poor quality . not reporting how Linkons connected to his school and community in report made me look like it was me against Matt instead of what was going good for LINKON and how he was connected to home and community

DH would not recommend a 50/50 split since it was unlikely the judge would go for that; using a perceived precedent instead of evidence in front of her & her judgment. Ironically, at a different time, she arrogantly stated that the judge would go w/ whatever she recommended.
Takes a lot of tangents, frequently forgets to come back to main topic or does not allow you to finish your thought.
Does not admit to errors, blames others for her being wrong/uninformed, extremely argumentative. Addressing inconsistencies caused irritated, confrontational response. A witness commented about a situation DH was not aware, DH told the witness they were mistaken, witness reaffirmed, DH argumentative, witness felt it best to drop subject.
DH approach of taking ex’s accusations at face value & questioning my validity. Presented w/ evidence that ex's claims were exaggerated, DH still held against me.

I don't know who those ratings are talking about since it sounds nothing like my experience with Debra Hale. My attorney checked her out before we put her on my case as attorney for my 2 kids. She had glowing reports from other attorneys. My kids loved her and the judge obviously respected her. She's pretty blunt to parents when they mess up because she cares about the kids. Maybe that's what they didn't like.

Debra Hale was appointed by the courts as a law guardian. Her report was one sided, she only contacted one of my 10 references. She made up her mind without all the info. It was all about getting paid. spent 90 percent of her time with the other party, 10 percent with me and split the bill 50/50. After letting a private guardian read her report I was informed she is very bias something they are taught in school not to do. You and your kids will be disappointed if you use her. Turns out she is friends with the other attorney. A big waste of $20,000

She only works for the side that has more money. The judge ordered her in my modification case and I feel once she realized the father made more money and lived in a nicer neighborhood Mrs. Hale had made her mind up. So my suggestion is.........think long and hard if you want an attorney with these kind of ethics!
