Horrible experience. Did not achieve desired goal; Mr. Gayton actually relinquished representation prior to my receiving a dime while he received $4100 and his doctor friend received another $3400. He would not emerge from his office when I was there to sign the settlement papers; he had a new apprentice tell me that if I did not sign the papers that I could face jail time. The furthest thing from justice imaginable.

I wish I could give a rating lower than a 1. This man made a huge mistake on a legal form that he was preparing for another random client,...then threatened my 88 year old father with court costs and legal fees when my poor father was hesitant to sign a new document that would get this "lawyer" out of trouble, for his mistake in putting my dad's name on this other mans document! We are holding our breath that this "lawyer" did not cause my father any further legal problems in this matter.

Mr.Gayton calls clients names when things arent going his way and is more concerned with his dog having flatulance under his desk than he is about his client.
