Wants to give away the farm . Seems to be a nice guy but has no concept of standing ground or fighting aggression with aggression. Tries to accommodate the opposing lawyer rather than fight on behalf of the client paying a premium to use his services. If you want to cave in and give the other counsel everything they want use him . If you want to take a stand and demand some concessions from the opposing side look elsewhere.

We are still with the lawyer and has so far accomplished what he said he would .. He actually has turned the case to our advantage after a previous lawyer had totally screwed everything thru negligence and inexperience ..

Has no interest in going to court. Tries to get you to go on your own yet changes you in office billing a rediculous amount. When he realizes your low on funds he will recommend you go down to a lower charging asscotiate

Mr. Streiman, while a seasoned and knowledgeable lawyer, will in my experience give your case only a cursory glance. He acts nice but doesn't care about anything but billable hours.
