Its been 5 years since he took on my case and i am still waiting for a call back. He has hung up on me. and refuses to see me when i show up at the office claiming he is busy. DO NOT HIRE FRAUD. made complaint with Bar Association

He believes that expediting an appeal is taking 7 years before presenting it. Good luck getting in contact with him or his office. The professionalism with communication is not answering the calls or picking the phone up then hanging it up. Forget about any response to a letter or any visits, it just isn't part of his practice.

He spent over $5,000 (The whole retainer)for one time in court. He didnt even win! We asked for a balance after the court date but he didnt get back to us for months. In the mean time he figured out how to spend the rest of the retainer. DONT HIRE ERIC SCHNEIDER!
