I feel that Mr. Kilpatrick never for one minute entertained the idea I was innocent of disorderly conduct. He seemed resigned to my guilt and considers the fact that I am not in jail a positive outcome for a crime I didn't committ. Mr. Kilpatrick waited till the day before trial to discuss defense strategies. I had to remind him of all the details of my case. The plea deal that was eventually put on paper was nowhere near the deal that Mr. Kilpatrick conveyed to me. His response as to why that was, in no way addressed the discrepency. After submitting a negative report on Avvo Mr. Kilpatrick engaged in what I consider to be some heavy handed tactics to get me to remove the review. I feel he was quite unprofession in and out of the court.

Linton worked on my case for over 2 years. Very very reasonable with his rates and truely had my interests at heart. I was working with him while deployed or in a completeley different state during 99% of the time. a very good lawyer that I would not hesitate to use again.
