DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. RUN FAST AS YOU CAN!!! WAS NOT PREPARED, DID NOT UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE LAWS, TURNED ON ME AFTER GETTING MY MONEY AND ACTED AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS. DID NOT PREPARE ME AND REFUSED TO LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED. MY EX HAD OFFER ME A DEAL THAT WAS VITAL TO MY LIFE AND MY KIDS LIFE AND SHE DO NOT EXPLAINED TO ME HOW IMPORTANT THIS WAS, ALL SHE SAID WAS WE CAN NEGOTIATE, WELL THERE WAS NONE OF THAT, THE OFFER WAS TAKEN BACK AND I GOT NOTHING. I MEAN NOTHING!!!! RUDE, SHORT TEMPER, UNPREPARED, BAD COMMUNICATION ALL AROUND. SHE IS MONEY HUNGRY WITH NO EXPERIENCE IN FAMILY LAW!!!! RUN RUN RUN RUN AS FAST YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS LADY.

She represented on a child support case and had very little communication with me and after the case was over all the documents was wrong and she signed off on them and when brought to her attention was told her services was over case the case was done. YR LATER IM GETTING MY LICENSE SSUSPENDED FOR NOT PAYING CHILD SUPPORT WHEN THD CASE WAS CLOSED AND MY SO CALLED LAWYER SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A NEW FEE TO FIX SOMETHING THAT SHE WAS PAID IN THD BEGGINNING TO MAKE WAS CORRECT

horrible. no representation what so ever no communication or anything. staff and lawyer very rude. not happy with case and results. she is just after your money and leaves you alone and feeds you to the sharks. she shouldnt even be called a lawyer. no explaination of the laws. didnt speak to us or hear our story or what was going on.

Yashica was very wonderful to work with. She helped us get through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.She was very quick to answer the phone and returning emails. Even on the weekend. What lawyer does that????? Always very pleasant and well informed. She really made us feel more at ease. I would highly recommend her. She gave us the attention and time we needed. Can't thank her enough!

She was my sons lawer in a custody case that ended with an agreement that was written by the opposing laywer with no input from her . She then filed the so called agreement without first showing it to my son.Her next move was to quit because she didn't think the amount she agreed to was enough money.Overall she is a young lawyer wwho is looking to make the most money even if it isn't in her clients best interest.

The following is an excerpt from one of the emails I received from Yashica when I was trying to get an update as to whether or not my tenant had been served........."I informed you that an eviction action can take up to a month or a month and a half to be completed your case was filed 9-24-10, please allow the process to happen naturally."
I cannot continue to take time to answer these emails as I am not being compensated for this additional work, nor will I provide you with the process servers contact information." .........I had asked for the process servers contact information since she said she had not heard back from them yet and was too busy at the moment to follow up. It seems like I offended her by asking that. All in all, her attitude towards me became very poor once I paid her and seemed bothered by any questions I had regarding the matter. This was my first time evicting a tenant so I wanted to know how the process works. Silly me
