Mr. Galasso saved my life!! I was facing a mandatory 25 year prison sentence and Mr. Galasso got my charges reduced to only receive probation. I cannot thank him enough. He was very attentive, trustworthy, responsive, organized, and explained everything so i had no surprises during court proceedings. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Galasso. JP is awesome! I had contacted him with less than an hour (literally) to attain representation for an emergency ZOOM court hearing regarding DCF and a court order to “Produce” my two children. I was over 5 hours away on a family vacation and they were threatening to issue a warrant for my arrest if I did not comply. He not only stood in as my attorney but also talked me through one of the most intimidating moments I’ve experienced in my life. After they removed my children with the sneaky order to produce JP went to bat for me during the Shelter Hearing and had my children placed back into my care in less than 24 hours!! He made them eat their own lies and have to answer to the facts!! Professional, well spoken, easily received by the judges and the court, and ALWAYS prepared! My son was arrested on spring Break 2 yrs ago. We are from Indiana and not knowing anyone in the Ft. Myers area, my son found Mr. Galasso thru his bail bondsman. Looking back now along this 2 yr journey with my son and Mr. Galasso, I could not have asked for anything better than to have Mr. Galasso represent my son. Mr. Galasso ALWAYS answered our questions, our calls, our emails and was always very direct as to what was to be expected of my son as his legal process progressed. In addition to this, at the time of my son's arrest my son was being help without release after bond was posted due to paperwork misplacement. Mr. Galasso knowing all paperwork was in place took the time well after his working hours to go to the jail and have my son released immediately. I was in Indiana at this time so I could not have been more grateful for his immediate presence in my absence. Jean-Paul Galasso is one of the best family-law attorneys in SWFL. He truly fights for what is right and doesn't give up! I had 3 previous family law attorneys before him that were unable to accomplish what he did in my case! I'd recommend him to anyone going through a difficult divorce or child custody case.
