Although David Vinson seems to have some basic knowledge of the law, he is always too busy to talk to clients. Also, his office assistant Kelly is probably the most rude and unprofessional person I've met. She actually hung up on me when I asked a basic question about the outcome of my case. 2 years later it was resolved but they unfairly kept a portion of my settlement even though the court awarded them attorney fees that totalled twice the amount that I received for the medical malpractice. If you have a few years to wait and don't mind being screamed at on the phone by a halfwit, then I would highly recommend them.
