Mrs.segreto never kept me informed and was never available to answer my calls. I felt she didn't care if my needs were being met. Things went awry and she didn't remedy it efficiently and swiftly. Also, Mrs. Segreto never understood my frustrations and stress at a very difficult time in my life.

I would not recommend her to anyone. She did not return calls and left me in the dark about important details. My settlement could have been better but she was all for herself. There are so many bad lawyers out there. This one is the WORST LAWYER of them all.
