She took it upon herself to go ahead with matters without me having a say although it was my case. I found her to be unethical and unsympathetic towards me and my situation. She seems to be artful in cunning practices that others would find spiteful in order to cash in.

Things went awry and she didn't remedy it efficiently and swiftly. Also, Mrs. Segreto never understood my frustrations and stress at a very difficult time in my life.
