Not sure what the other person is talking about but Tom has always been there for my family since 1988. HE REPRESENTED MY BROTHER & MYSELF. Hands down, someone you want on your side in court!

Tom O'Neil never kept appointments, never was available, never called back. Half the time I was at court, he would have his partner represent me. His partner new nothing of my case, but I cannot speak for him. Never had a meeting with Tom O'Neil other than for him to collect my money. Once he got the money it was all down him from there. I had to admit things in court that I didn't do or was not my intent. If he would have called me he would have understood my intent, and I could have had a lesser sentence. This guy was unbelievable. He left me in court for 3 hours. I was the only one in the room with the Judge. The Judge had to call his firm to find out where he was. When I did speak to him, he spoke to me like he was doing me a favor. I PAID THIS GUY TO REPRESENT ME. His secretary was a peach as well. Every time you called it was like you were bothering her. Avoid this firm at all costs...Trust me!!
