I hired Mr. Mann to represent me in purchasing a home..From the very beginning he was condenscending and rude. He was caught charging me for things that he had not done when the deal fell through due he illegally refused to return my $2500 deposit in an attempt to force me to pay for services that he did not perform ..I have filed a formal complaint with the Bar Association. He has been sanctioned several times and was placed on a 2 year suspension for unethical practice

Knowledgeable but never on time for court, shows up when he pleases and expects payment prior to completion!
