My family will never work with Mr. Gregory again. He rarely responds to emails, texts or phone calls, it takes weeks to months to get any sort of response. He entered a "jury" plea without us knowing for my husband's charges, he never discussed his way forward with us. The crown brought forward a reduction in charges and Mr. Gregory takes credit for it telling us to be utterly grateful because if it wasn't for him those charges never would have been dropped. Mr. Gregory never showed up to the courthouse except for what was supposed to be a preliminary inquiry (which he chose to by pass at the last minute without us knowing), and even times he did not even send an agent! Instead of looking for a way to not send my husband to prison, he is going for the more costly route taking everyone to trial, costing us an arm and a leg, and he is focus on the smallest charge of a breach rather than trying to get rid of the higher charges which my husband has been falsely accused for doing.

This guy did my sentencing, and argued with the judge and my deal got cancealled. He would rather argue with the judge than just shut up and get a deal. Hes good with neg with prosector but horrible when it comes to talking to the judge.

I had a dangerous driving charge causing bodily harm , also a unknown convocation from police officers and it is our job to do the math ourselves and bring it to a lawyer . I do not work for this great office I am actually a client and believe in facts about things clients can only explain . If someone is not wanting to put the time how can someone know or defend what' really happened . Let's face we only know the truth . And explained hoe can anyone defend us . Rod honestly got into a argument with the judge and got my deal NIXED. ENDED up doing federal time.. just got out.. and i spent 40k on trial....

Paid 10,000 for a small ass plea deal, very cocky and doesn't come thru with results. When it came to discuss my case in his office, he put his feet on his desk. Very disrespectful. Don't go with him there is way better.

If you want to get shafted and spend lots of money, he is your guy. I spent $10,000 to stay out of jail, but I am innocent and he would only listen to the procecuter.

I used him for a DUI he's awesome. He's a bit cocky but personally thys what I want in a defense lawyer. He's expensive 8grand but I was allowed o pay it in 3 payments before the trial date. He got me off and Ed awesome

I hired him for a DUI case and I was told by him that he'll represent me at my first court date. Therefore, I wouldn't have to attend but he didn't represent me on that court date, and a warrant was issue for my arrest.
