Very rude, unprofessional, and judgemental. Would not return emails or calls. Thief at best. Will insult you and had no empathy for the case. Always blamed it on her employees. She had a new paralegal every 2 months. I can see why they didnt want to work for her. Didnt counter file anything. Doesnt file anything you ask. Had no details of the case. She didnt know where i lived, like she didnt read through my case at all. Had to repeatedly tell her my concerns over phone, emails and she was not understanding or showing like she cared. Lack of feedback and she didnt clear up any doubt. Doesnt really answer your questions and gives you the run around. Clearly showing signs of dementia. I feel like she Purposely lost the case which is so sad. Put complete trust in her and was a total let down destroying lives. She would not let any of my family talk to her. Was very defensive. She did not do her job at all. Reported her to the bar which she then gave them false details and twisted words.

In early 2017, my ex-spouse contested my petition for divorce. Peggy Nikolakis took me on as a client and it was immediately apparent that I was in good hands. Peggy is knowledgeable, thoughtful, insightful, and collected. Her staff members are incredible as well. Jennifer always greeted me by name and with a smile, and I don't know what I would have done without Carole's hand-holding--her dedication and attentiveness kept me informed, on track, and less stressed for the duration of my divorce proceedings. The entire process felt less like a business transaction and more like a personal meeting with familiar colleagues.

Do NOT use her as your attorney. She will tell you one thing, take your money, then won’t keep you in the loop or respond to your calls or emails. I wonder just how many more people she dropped as clients after paying over $4,000.00!?

As my attorney, Ms. Nikolakis, was very driven in protecting my rights and providing quick and reliable feedback and answers to all my questions. She assisted me during a very difficult and contentious child custody case this year. Throughout the entire process, she continued to to display outstanding negotiation skills in settling my case. Ms. Nikolakis came highly recommended and is someone I highly recommend. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process, and was available anytime I needed her. She continued to handle my issues once court was over, she was very dedicated and determined on what needed to be done. She truly cares about her clients and fights for what is important to them. Again, I I would highly recommend Ms. Nikolakis for anyone who needs excellent, genuine representation.

I had 2 similar cases & Peggy was handling 1 of them. My other lawyer reacted much quicker. He filed motions right away. Peggy didn't file any motions until it was close to the court date. The only time her office called was when they wanted money. I had to go with with the person that serves papers, to try to serve my ex wife. They never kept me informed on what was going on. When we went to court, I did most of the talking as if I represented myself. By the time they contacted me to inform me on my visitation with my child, I already got my other lawyer on this case. He had already presented papers to the judge & I'm just waiting on the outcome. Peggy's visitation papers consist of supervision of the child for a few hours every other Sunday. She wanted to know if this was what I wanted like we agreed. I never agreed to this nor did she ask if I wanted to include any specifics like " no supervised visits." I was not pleased with her services! I wouldn't recommend using her.

This Lawyer doesn't seem to really care about your case. She's not very good at communicating what she's doing for you. Bargained with apposing lawyer and agreed to things I didn't accept.

Not recommended. Overpriced then did nothing in court on my behalf. Better off without any lawyer at least i would of had a chance. She seemed as though she was on the other side, when lies where brought up in court she did nothing to defend, I brought witnesses on my behalf and she never let them testify even when prompted by judge. The only good communication was when she wanted she had a new bill for me. what a joke.

I had a interview with her. The staff was very nice and she knows the law! Within the time of talking with her I knew she was the one to handle my divorce. My impression was she was stern,honenst, and fare I look forward to working with her and getting my divorce process started.

This lawyer will give you a low price for a divorce, then add fees for items after you've gone to far with her to change firms. Her office disorganized and the staff is rude.
