The firm is not communicative at all and expect people to know what he knows. They are quick to provide an invoice but not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. His wife is his secretary and does most of the writing or emailing. You will more than likely never meet him or speak with him as I have yet to actually meet him. He will put his 'associate' in front of you and then you will never hear from the associate again. The rest of any type of communication will be by mail, email or leaving a message on an answering machine.
