This attorney did not represent me as he was hired to do. He went behind closed doors with the opposing attorney to work a settlement that gave my ex husband 68% of the marital assets. He would not show me the settlement and lied about settlement details in order to get me to sign. I have forwarded my case to the Better Business Bureau and the State Bar for a formal review. Do not hire this attorney, his ethics and competence are lacking.

I paid him over $7,500. He didnt notify me of court appearances, gave my ex-husbands attorney everything they asked for. I have documentation of everything my ex cashed out, sold & took of which he used none of. Mediation did not resolve anything and the next step was arbitration. My attorney was to notify me once it was scheduled. I called for months and was told by levatino & his staff nothing had been setup. I finally called the courts and to my surprise I was scheduled to appear in court the very next day (Friday) for my FINAL! DIVORCE hearing. MY ATTORNEY NEVER NOTIFIED ME. I LIVE IN ORANGE COUNTY, Court was in stanislaus county, 7 hrs away. Courthouse also informed me I had missed several scheduled court appearances of which I was not aware. I showed up and FIRED MY VERY SURPRISED ATTORNEY. I ONLY WANTED HALF OF WHAT IM ENTITLED TO (WAS MARRIED FOR OVER 40 YRS). LEVATINO IS A JOKE. If you are a woman and going through a divorce DO NOT USE HIM! AGAIN I SAY HE IS A JOKE
