Mr. Confente represented me in a Mental Health Act hearing at Niagara hospital. I felt isolated, being held against my will. He was the only one who explained the process to me and seemed to care about my situation. We were successful at the hearing and my hospital detention was cancelled. I am very grateful to Mr. Confente, without him as a lawyer, I would continue to be held in hospital against my will.

Andy was referred to us, by our civil lawyer, we asked for a couple of referrals, our lawyer said I am only giving you 1 name, Andy is the lawyer you need. Our civil lawyer was right, Andy was in contact with us, updating us regularly. We were extremely satisfied with the service and result obtained. After the matter was done, I contacted my civil lawyer and told them, they were right.

Amazing lawyer, easy to reach has an after hours number, was able to explain my case to me, is very organised, i was charged with 2 other people and he was way better than thier lawyers, at one point the judge was only asking Andy questions, it was clear the other 2 lawyers were unprepared and did not know what they were doing, and he was giving the judge cases. Because of Andy & not the other 2 lawyers, we got a great result. What he charged me was very reasonable, should have had my 2 co accused pay bill because of the result. If was able to rate him even higher i would.

I had andrew for a month and half as my lawyer, He spoke to me once over that month and half and he was asking for retainer, he does not give his cell phone number out for people who wants his cell phone here it is 9055125040 (i had to get it from another lawyer), Once I gave him the retained I never heard from him again. every time I called Roza would answer and would say Andrew will get back to you in hr or i will call you back and you would never hear from any of them. she would tell me one thing and from an email exchange I had with andrew would tell me another thing sometimes I think Roza was the one who emailed me because when i would call she would pull up the email and would say you just emailed yesterday. If you want a lawyer to work on your case and do a good job save your money and hire someone else.

very good lawyr, very nice to me, seems to know a lot of people when go to currt for me, he would see me all the time for apointtment, he knows his stuff, very happy with him, his secreteri roza is also very nice

He represented my son, and although he can be gruff and at times abrasive, he did exactly what he was paid to do- get the best possible outcome by fighting for my son and utilising his relationships within the legal system-he did both extremely well. Phone calls back were pretty timely-generally same day or the following, and staff were also responsive and helpful. All in all, solid in demand lawyer, just don't expect warm and fuzzy.

had a lawyer from toronto for charges in hamilton, she was out of her league, decided to go with confente, he knew his stuff and knows how things work in the hamilton courts, best move on my part, very happy with him, would reccomend

We were not pleased with him, although his secretary was amazing. He would not fight for us in court & persuaded us to take a plea bargain. We feel he took advantage of our situation and although we paid a lot, got nothing.
