when my bankruptcy was dismissed he stated the courts didn't pay him over $1k. The court state they did.He demanded the money right away.He returned payments if it wasn't the amount and refused to allow me to pay my hoa dues. He scoured my past ledgers to come up with amounts owed. There is no way to have a past balance.Jon garnished my wages, which is strange since he claimed the HOA did not allow me to make payments. I got a slow pay. He told me in the court that the board,would proceed with foreclosure and not accept my slow pay from the court. He called in another attorney to serve me.When I took them to court to have it dismissed,they approached me saying the Board would now take payments. He asked me how much I could pay and then constantly started to call me for years.I found a payment that he didn't even have registered as being paid. He kept calling asking me what I could pay.He constantly threatens to take my house when he asks me what I can pay.This should be illegal.

This 'attorney' will not send documentation needed. What he has sent all has different amounts owed on it. I'm not sure if this is just a tactic to confuse people so that they don't have a clear understanding of what they owe or what. He just seems very unorganized. When I asked if I could come to his office to pick up documents, he threatened me by telling me that he would meet me in court. After researching him, I understand now... he evidently doesn't even have a real office. The address on his letterhead is the address of a Publix grocery store. I'm not sure he's a real attorney at all. He's just your average bill collector.

Very rude. Shady to say the least. Always wants to put words in your mouth. Horrible person. Not all attorneys are bad, just this one. Reason I am writing this review is to let everyone that deals with him be careful. Something about him is not right.

He is an awful person! SUPER SHADY! Changed amounts owed and never let me know there was a different amount owed and continued to charge fees! Won't return my call or send a invoice! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
