Mr. Matt Samuelson does not do his job.."an absolute waste" he sends out this letters without doing anything,,,he was provided detail documentation showing where the attorney ''blew it" missed dates. and he covered up for him... doesn't even keep a list of complaints filed on attorneys.... !!! (good ole boy network)...

Will do absolutely nothing to investigate unethical attorneys. Makes excuses, and refuses to do his job. What a waste of salary!

Mr. Samuelson stated to me in a letter, on behalf of the supreme court of Colorado, that a lawyer lying in court in order to put someone in jail would not constitute grounds for the imposition of discipline against said lawyer. He refused to investigate the lawyer's acts, since apparently perjury is not a crime for a lawyer in Colorado. He won't do his job and shields bad lawyers from consequences.

I thought Mat did not take his job seriously in my complaint against an lawyer, after speaking with many others who have contacted Mr. Samuelson. I have to know say that Mat does not do his job and gives people answers that leaves them without solutions to their claims. This has been documented, where a judge said he should do his job.
