My wife entered illegal and we had two kids. I never thought she could get her residency. The attorney explained everything and we decided to do the waiver. My wife was out of the country for 2 months but she finally came back and now she's here legally. It wasn't cheap and it took a year but the attorney told us that up front. I'm really glad we did the waiver and I'm so happy to have my wife back and legal now.

I don't know about the others but Mr. Melo came visit me in jail right away and I was out 2 weeks later. Unlike other attorney's I could actually make appointments to talk with him on the phone or meet at office. He explained everything to me. I even had a prior order of deportation! Now I am going to be able to become a Resident through my USC wife. I never thought this was possible because of my prior deportation! God bless him. He has also been very understanding with payments and his prices seem fair for the work he has done. Yes sometimes he is hard to get a hold of on the phone but if you make an appointment he will meet with you, not his paralegal.

WOW! I wish I would have seen this post sooner!!! I sure did waste a lot of time with him on my husband's case!!!! Because of him my husband has been sitting in a detention center for 3 months!!! He never communicated with me. Was always "out of town". And just all of the sudden disappeared a few days after calling me and telling me what the "plan" was. What a waste!!! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM!

My name is Jesica, I pay this guy 2k to get me out of jail, left me there for 3 months and just saw him just got 2 visits from him. Very imcompetent, no very profesional. To make it shore, I was in jail for DWI and I was being hold for ICE. To make his job easy, he ask me to plead guilty. I did it, and stayed in jail for 3 months, my criminal record was clean. He did not resolved my immigration because the bond that he ask was denied for being incompetent in doing LAW. He left my case, but got from me more than $2k. got another lawyer and I was able to get a bond in a few days after hiring him. When i was in jail, other girls had pay him too and after 3 months they are still in jail in hold with ICE. He did the same thing to them, just got their money and say, sorry your bond was denied!!! what kind of lawyer he is??? sure he graduate but he is not capable of doing his job!!! This guy is just a big talker,that likes to get free money with out doing his job! He is a Latino guy.
