I see lots of negative comments. I dealt with many lawyers and Gary definitely does not deserves all these negative comment. OIs he the best maybe not but he is no where near the worst. Remember a lawyer all they really do is your paper work you have to tell them what you want because no better person to fight on your behave is you. So before you go to trial make sure you agree with everything. Also remember you are the not the only person they have freaking out about the divorce.

Gary stern was the worst thing that ever could have happened to me. Avoid him at all costs. He will screw up your life. He forgets everything. He tells you qhat you want to hear and then does the opposite in court. He does not prepare properly for court. He is a train wreck.

Gary Stern is a wonderful lawyer. He has helped me with many legal matters. Very resourceful and respectedtable. Had always answered emails, phone calls, and questions. He took his time with my matter. Thanks Mr. Stern

An ABSOLUTE JOKE of a lawyer, disrespectful, NEVER answers his emails, phone calls or text messages - leaves you hanging when there should be in clear communications. ALWAYS unprepared for court makes you feel as if he isn't on your side even though he is representing you. He should NOT be a lawyer!

I have dealt with Gary for one year now. A simple straight forward separation agreement has turned into a major thing. He screwed up a pension transfer and also home ownership transfer. He is the absolute worst lawyer on the face of the planet. Does not answer e-mails, text message or phone calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CLOWN!!!He should be stripped of his credentials and sent to Siberia!!

This guy never responds back and sides with the other party involved. He will not commit to your needs and thinks everything should goto your ex spouse. You would be better yo represent yourself, than allowing him to do the job cause you'll be paying out more then you need too!!!

lacks people skills, does not return calls, very disorganized,disrespectful, dishonest.Had the nerve to tell me that he does not understand legal language. Lost plenty of paperwork in my file cause of his many moves. He does not see anycase through to the end, only if you paid in full.All in all, not a guy that you would not want to your lawyer!!!

Gary is a very bad lawyer. He doesn't listen or take time to know the case. He is rude and yells at you constantly and goes against your wishes. If you know whats best hire someone else, someone who listens and cares. He's embarrassing to take to court doesn't know what he's talking about and claims to not be able to hear….get a hearing aid!

I haven't heard from Gary or his assistant in over 7 months. My "simple" divorce with no disputes has taken over a year. Not at all satisfied. Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.

Mr.Gary Stern helped me in a case where other lawyers have failed bring the matter to justice his knowledge and qualification of criminal law is very good he is not racist and don't judge his clients by color the only thing i think he could improve its to get some sleep , leaving messages on the voice mail have been answered within couple days and Gary have saved my Immigration statues by helping me clear my criminal record of false accusation from my ex gf, thank you Mr.Stern

Don't waste your time or hard earned money on this lawyer. Unless you are a big ticket for him, he doesn't have the time of day for you. A simply divorce has taken 2 years so far and is not completed due to his poor work ethic

Donot give your money or your time to this lawyer. He sent my papers to a wrong address not once but thrice. He wont respond either by email or phone. I checked with the authorities whether my papers where correct, they were not and were filed wrong. He didnot even go thorough my file before sending and when asked had no clue about my paper work as it was completed by his secretory. His secretary is more knowledgeable than him. He has no clue what he is doing and when pointed out his mistake he has the nerve to snap at you for his own deficiencies and ignorance. His bar license should be revoked. He is bringing nothing but shame to Walsh & Co.

He sucks. Said I would get my child support back dated never did. Lost my divorce papers. Took 14 mths to get my divorce finalized and that's after I filed a compliant with the law socitey

he has handled my divorce for 8 years..always reassuring me it wont be long. I only stuck with him because a new lawyer would make things go on longer and cost more. He has not over-charged me so that's a plus..I have gotten more action from his assistant who appears to be more on the ball than he is. I have had to call the ceo of the law firm several times to get Stern to do simple things..he rarely returns calls and I would not reccomend him to ANYBODY! Even my worst enemy would deserve better. He should not be allowed to practice..his clients are of no apparent value to him.

Was my original lawyer in my divorce but fired him. Doesn't have the skills or persistance to handle more than a simple case. Another lawyer that does just enough to keep a job but not good enough to work for a real law firm.

Did not have experience he said he had about an adoption case, he just left me hanging and didn't finish the job, I had to get someone else and it was not a complicated or contested adoption either. Does not return phone calls. His assistant is awesome very kind and considerate but she even sounds frustrated and even embarrassed of her boss. I would avoid him if I was you. He can handle a simple uncontested divorce, however, and his fee is reasonable. Anything more complicated I am not sure based on the other case he was handling if family law is his forte.
