I used him for a broken knee case, and when I say broken, my knee was smashed due to my employer not caring about anything. This lawyer helped me out a lot, I have to say. He was smart and seemed to be ahead of the case. But be ready, workers comp in ny is very complicated-- unneccesarily so and you realize the state doesn't care at all about workers. its all about big business.
