She was the court appointed " lawyer" for our custody case.. Someone please tell me What man hurt this woman?? She told me I was like JOB in the bible LOL!! she said, Well, if you just stop fighting in court and allow you Ex-wife to have full custody, that would by better for my child?! She said well, have you ever heard the story of Job??!! What does that have to do with her being " the neutral voice of the child"? She sided with my ex, ignored anything that showed me in a positive light and painted me, the parent with no criminal record, no DUIs and no domestic violence charges as the bad guy.. But my Ex had ALL THOSE things.. And lopez stiiiill argued that my ex should have full parental rights...She uses her job as a way to strip fathers of their rights.. She bases her cases on which parent is holding the ovaries which I'm sure is not in the best interest of the child. Despite her best efforts, I WON my case... She got out lawyered by a guy that didnt even go to Jr collage.

All she wanted to do was make my son's Dad look bad. I regret hiring her.. She told me I was being too passive by not wanting to strip him of visitation.. It was shocking how much she hates Men..

It is amazing she still has a Bar card.. She told me " On the balance, children are always better of with mom, even if she has some issues.' " Your job as a Father is follow the mother's lead!! She told me I " just quit fighting" for my son... Seems to me that she has a very anti-father agenda...She acted as if she were lawyer for my ex, rather than the " neutral voice of the child".. no she was the feminist voice for the female parent.. she did NOT act in my child's best interest in the slightest..

Unethical. Documented embarrassing instances. Man hater. Your children will suffer. Loses cases she should have won due to her rude demeanor. Expert at prolonging cases to benefit her own pocketbook, (and drain yours). Writes about all her accolades then loses your case. Did I lose to her and am bitter? Just the opposite. After squandering my ex's funds and harming the children, I prevailed in Court at almost every hearing, and I represented myself!

Just because you don't like the work this woman does doesn't mean you must have been on the other side of her case...I hired this person and all she wanted to do was berate and embarrass my son's father... I cant believe allowed this woman to create so much anger and negativity as my child's "advocate" It seems clear to me that all the glowing testimonies gushing about this person are spin control from either herself or people that work for her. If you want to add hostility and ego to your child's case, then hire this woman... she will not disappoint

Words cannot explain how much Eve has helped me and my family. She is not like any other attorney I have ever met. Yes, she is smart and witty and knows the law like the back of her hand. But she is much more than a talented lawyer. She is a caring and phenomenal human being. She is creative and kind. She focuses on the big picture and always treated me like I was a person, not just a case with a case number. I experienced her to be open and honest and she gave me advice as if I were a member of her own family. She could sometimes be hard to get a hold of, but I always found it worth the wait. When I spoke with or met with her, I had her full attention. She knew my case and knew it well and was always prepared to have an informative meeting with me. I always felt confident with her. I have a child with special needs and Eve really understands what that is like and how to handle a case with special needs. I can't say enough positive things about her, her work or her ethics.

It seems that the opinions about Eve are extreme (positive or negative). I am wondering if the negative reviews have been truly posted by people who have been represented by Eve? Based on my personal interactions with her, I don’t believe so.
My first hand experiences with Eve have been excellent. She was professional, smart and an advocate for my case. Never gave bad advice, always listened to my concerns and was completely honest. Eve works very hard. I can HIGHLY recommend Eve. She truly is a caring, kind and person with integrity.

Due to the nature of my job, I see many attorneys in action, and I can truly say Eve is an excellent attorney. The time came when I needed representation, and I chose her to be my lawyer. She is very knowledgeable. She always kep me in the loop in terms of what was going on with my case. She always made herself available to answer my questions, hear my concerns, and calm my fears. She demonstrated lots of patience. She was always honest and told me where I stood on the positions I took. Ultimately, it was my decision, and she zealously fought for me. She is gentle and kind. Eve Lopez is an outstanding attorney. The Courts appoint her as minor’s counsel (children’s attorney) in divorce because they trust her with our children. They trust her because she is non-biased, thorough in her research, knowledgeable, and has integrity and foresight. More importantly they know she has the ability to see through lies and deceit. I’ve seen her obtain custody for both mothers and fathers if a 50/50 timeshare is not possible. Unfortunately, when it comes to family law matters there are LOTS of emotions and sadly, a lot of the time, someone is going to be unhappy or angry. Don’t base your judgment of Eve Lopez on someone’s bad review. Reserve judgment and go in and see for yourself. I promise you’ll love her. She's one of the best!

Eve Lopez is the best lawyer. I am in a difficult custody case and she has done an amazing job for me. Eve understood the case dynamics in less then a week. There were 8 file boxes and I was the petitioner. Eve is a genius. If eve is your lawyer there is no losing. She knows the law better than anyone. Eve Lopez is impressive. Beyond what is ever could have hoped for. Eve is honest and when she deposed my ex she asked brilliant questions labour his childhood and how it related to the current issues. Eve is not afraid. She is tireless and stays within the realm of the law always. She gives me both sides of the coin. And let's me decide if it is a decision which might be risky in the sense that I might not get the response I want. Eve is a perfectionist and has a file cabinet for a brain. The truth is that Lopez is on the same par as the killer of the students in CT. She destroys children hopes dreams and futures by her lying and corrupt tactics. She is very straight forward and sticks to the evidence and facts. She has helped my family through so much with regards to the other party. She really does have the child's best interest in mind. Our daughter still talks about her and asks to visit her and say HI. If you are on the other end and are lying she will find out and I would hate to be on the wrong end of her wrath. Keep up the good work! The staff at her office is also very helpful.

as a mother, I was a bit shocked at how Ms. lopez seemed more interested in "beating" my ex husband than she was in doing what was best for my son. As much as I dislike my ex, I must say I dont agree with her tactics, her attitude, or how she painted a less than truthfull picture of my ex husband. She made it seem like he has deadbeat father unworthy of of spending time with his son.. Her tactics were not what my son needed..
