I agree I should have found this website sooner. I hired Anita Lang Walch Shortly after my husband died of Cancer in 2008. She was paid in full by the end of 2008. By 2011 she still hadn't filed my bankruptcy petition. Didn't properly return calls or letters. Finally, I filed an attorney ethics complaint in Trenton. As a result of the neglect my CD and savings account was levied at the bank by a creditor. I obtained a volunteer attorney Mr. Sodano who filed the petition. I had a very very bad experience with Anita Walch. I hope attorney ethic committee takes her license. I understand many others have filed complaints. I read the ratings and looked up attorney ethic history and did find she neglected cases in the past and was punished. Why she is allowed to continue I do not understand. The stress of dealing with her has made me sick. I feel fleeced by this lawyer.

Went over to her office because I wanted a refund and wanted my file back. No where to be found. Started my bankruptcy case all over again with another lawyer. I've been waiting such a long time to get this paperwork done. Now I have to try to get the money back I paid her. What a mess. Sitting in my new lawyers office trying to decide how I get my money and papers back from Anita Walch. So sick of this. I should have read this website earlier. Can't get a return call. Really got screwed.
