When my husband told me he wanted to file for divorce I was scared about how the process would go but I called Mona Raskin and she was wonderful. She walked me through the entire process and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. The divorce is done and I am now able to move on with my life.

I too have been the defendant in an ongoing divorce with this attorney. I don't have an issue for child support, and calls and emails go unanswered for weeks on end, all with urgent life-altering matters that needed immeadiate attention! The bill is that of a new mercedes, without any results whatsoever! Terrible in communications, and overcharges for everything, with zero results!

After my questioning of how she could bill over $6,000 without producing any results in my case, she terminated our working relationship without facing me to discuss the issues I brought to her attention. At the very least, she could have agreed to sit down with me to discuss my concerns. Instead, she chose to terminate the relationship after six weeks of silence and refusal to return calls/emails with no justification for her excessive charges and lack of results. She has definitely not lived up to her reputation as a tough attorney. Not only does her evasiveness and confusion concerning the pricing of the additional services she recommended call her competence into question, but her utterly dismissive attitude regarding my valid concerns and questions makes it quite clear that she is no professional. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, for someone who is. For an attorney that charges almost twice the fees of other area attorneys, this treatment and poor service is a disgrace.
