I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Holstrom on a very critical portion of my case and cant begin to explain how grateful I was to have him. Mr. Holstrom is well educated, has the perfect amount of aggressiveness and brings to the table an extremely effective support staff. Unlike many attorneys I have dealt with, Mr. Holstrom is honest and wont promise you something he cant produce or aren’t entitled by law. In regards to opposing counsel, Mr. Holstrom doesn't pull punches. He holds them accountable and has no problems challenging them. In my case, he was able to eliminate many of the games that my ex's attorney played with my first attorney, effectively keeping them honest and at the table. I will honestly say I wish I would have started my divorce with Mr. Holstrom.

I have been in court the past four years with an ex-husband that will go to great lengths to lie about any circumstance surrounding our marriage and child just to get what he wants in court. I always felt like it was my word against my ex-husband's lies. I went through three lawyers defending my word and facts against a compulsive liar. When I met Dayn Holstrom everything changed. I would highly recommend Dayn A. Holstrom. I retained Dayn as my attorney a little over a year ago, when I found myself in a very difficult situation. I was in the need of filing a temporary restraining order against my husband to help protect my children and myself. I attempted to do it by myself and was fully overwhelmed with the paperwork and the legal terms.
Dayn helped me get that temporary restraining order and helped me proceed with my divorce, child support/spousal support and child custody. I am so thankful to have Dayn and his wonderful team in my corner. If I had to use 1 word to describe Dayn, it would be "Bulldog". And he is one bulldog you want on your side of the fence. I have referred 2 different families to Dayn who have also been pleased. I would highly recommend Dayn again.

I had recently separated from my wife due to her violent behavior, and I was in search of an attorney that would protect my son and me. I contacted Holstrom, Sissung, Marks & Anderson, and was already convinced that this was the firm that I was going to hire before I met Dayn Holstrom. Mr. Holstrom’s consultations weren’t like any attorneys I had before. He listened to every detail that I had, and was extremely involved in the meeting. He went into great detail of the best route to take for my case, and at that point I knew the decision I made to hire this firm was without a doubt the right choice. Mr. Holstrom never made any promises, and he had the integrity to tell me that from the beginning. However, throughout the entire process Mr. Holstrom never went away from the plan he presented me, and he saw it through to the end. I am extremely pleased with my decision to hire Mr. Holstrom, and he definitely displays the knowledge and confidence of an attorney that is so highly rated.

Be careful about believing any ratings or reviews about this attorney or firm.
They literally bribed me by offering to lower my bill, but only if I would give them a testimonial that shows them in a favorable light. I wanted the discount and gave them what they wanted even though it was far from being truthful.
If you read some of these reviews, do they seem like they were written by actual clients?
He is overpriced, overrated, and will always love to talk to you when you’re bringing him money. BTW any money you pay on the retainer is NONREFUNDABLE so I hope you do your homework before hiring this guy.

I was first very skeptical on hiring an attorney.However, after moving out of state on military orders I know I could not represent myself anymore solo. So I am left with the daunting task of finding the right attorney. I talk to Atty. Kristine Holstrom who is extremely confident and knowledgeable. She not only put my mind at ease, she was able to answer all questions asked with confidence.I made sure she understand the rarity of my case and told her that the opposing party is a labeled a vexatious litigant and I need a very aggressive attorney yet experience. She then rest assured me that I have called the right firm and set me up with an interview with Atty. Dayn Holstrom. Atty. Dayne Holstrom was straightforward and laid out everything in black and white. No nonsense and no sugar coating. I then knew that I had the firm I am looking for. So I highly recommend Atty. Dayn Holstrom and his firm. I was very please with the end result of my case.

The situation was grim. I’ll spare the details but as anyone with a need for a family law attorney, I knew that finding the right firm to represent me was important. Being a father of three and living outside the country on military orders made it even more so. I interviewed a number of lawyers before deciding to go with Holstrom, Sissung, Marks, and Anderson. With diligent oversight from Dayn Holstrom, Kristen Holstrom and Jeff Sissung have been in the fight for me since day one. They are aggressive enough to say just the right thing at just the right time yet sensitive to my concerns with an eagerness to listen and answer my questions. They do all this with the poise and integrity exhibited by only the most trusted professional. The Firm is quick to respond and the even the billing dept is a relative joy to work with. I had been trying to settle a post judgement case for nearly three years. Although, I had previously received several judgements, writs, and income withholding orders he was still not complying with the court orders. My former attorney had worked with me to this point was unable to proceed with a contempt case. In a matter of weeks, Dayn was able to get me a lump sum payment, work out a payment plan and had my ex-husband found quilty on Contempt charges. Dayn is the most knowlegeable and aggressive attorney I have ever worked with. I know for a fact if I had Dayn representing me for the last three years this case would have never gone on this long unresolved. I am so happy with the outcome. I can sleep at night now knowing, with complete confidence that Dayn has my best interest in mind and he really cares about the results. I have not doubt he will protect my rights and continue to follow my case to make sure my ex -husband is in complience with our agreement.

When I was first going through divorce, I was reading websites like this one trying to understand what was about to happen. I made a mistake and determined that I didn't have the money to hire a lawyer and went through an uncontested divorce with my soon to be ex.
After months of struggling under an oppressive, one-sided divorce agreement where I could not even financially afford to visit my children I remembered seeing reviews of Dayn Holstrom and called for a consultation.
Dayn and his team gathered all the facts and were on the case that very day. Dayn laid out what needed to be done and prepared me for what I could expect. Thanks to Dayn and his team I now have a reasonable divorce agreement and more time with my kids.
If you are reading this, do not make the mistake I did and think you cannot afford a lawyer. Unfortunately I learned that I could not afford to be without a lawyer! I wish I had hired Dayn earlier and I will always be grateful that I hired him when I did.

I contacted the law firm Holstrom, Sissung, Marks & Anderson, a Professional Law Corporation, and was put in contact with Kristen Holstrom. During our initial phone conversation I realized that Kristen’s knowledge of family law, coupled with her communication skills with regards to the legal procedures required to succeed, made the decision to request her representation easy.
I was extremely comfortable knowing that Kristen would take personal ownership of my case. This coupled with her unwavering professionalism and knowledge of family law; I knew that she would use whatever legal processes available to ensure that a successful outcome would be achieved.
Kristen’s admiration for her profession is demonstrated by her providing that personal aspect to her clients. Kristen’s precise, flawless, attention to detail brought about a highly successful settlement that could not have been accomplished otherwise.

I started researching attorneys in my area, and found out about Dayn Holstrom’s impressive background… GET THIS, from another attorney in the Corona area. This attorney told me if you really want someone that will not only have my best interest at hand, but an aggressive attorney with a proven record of success, “you need to hire Dayn Holstom”.
So I did just that…
From the moment I sat down with Dayn and his assistant Christie, I felt I had chosen the right law firm. I found Dayn to be very informative and confident. That was very re-assuring to me and something I needed in an attorney to represent me. I also found the staff to be very friendly, from the person that answers the phone, to the follow through with returning my calls or emails.

Holstrom , Sissung , Marks and Anderson is the best !! Everyone at the firm is very professional, assertive and agressive ! I had my phone consultation with Kristin and upon speaking with her I knew she was the one that I wanted to represent me . Kristin will exceed your expectations and always keep you informed with your case. She was very accessible and always there when I needed her. Dayn immediately gave me confidence in my case. Mr. Holstrom graduated from his law school with the highest grades of anyone to ever graduate from that school. He seems to have a photographic memory, and quickly grasps the complexities of a case. He over-prepares for cases, and truly cares about helping his clients. I would highly recommend to him to anyone.
