Steven Harris went above and beyond what we expected him to do for our case. He posses great knowledge and attention to detail. Every communication with him has been on the most professional level. He not only won our case but also helped us protect ourselves in case of any future litigation. When you hire him you will not be disappointed. He came in well under the initial cost that he quoted for our case.

I engaged this attorney to handle a complex arbitration. At the time I engaged him, he was a member of a firm but left the firm a month after I retained him. Throughout the time of preparation for the arbitration, Mr Harris did not focus or prepare. There were two preliminary matters,both went against Mr. Harris. Through the depositions, he did little more than set in his chair. His appearance was not good, showing up in jeans, casual shirts and sneakers or tennis shoes. I believe he has financial issues in his practice; he charged his work on a daily basis and demanded immediate payment. He estimated the cost of the work to be around $10,000 and ended up charging nearly three times that amount. He did not prevail in the arbitration, in fact lost on every issue. He notified me of the arbitrator's determination via e-mail and would not take or return my phone calls. Mr. Harris lacks the discipline and ability to operate as a sole practitioner. I can not recommend him.
