In the end you're not getting 65% when they start charging you with all different kinds of fees not to mention they don't call you back if you leave a message Also it seems like they drag their feet And they blame it on the outside people that they are waiting for faxes or info.

Awful....Not only didn't do well for the client but did not pay the medical provider that helped him settle the case and who helped the client get better.

Has been Holding $12,500 Check for 6 months, Never contacts, has two cases that he said I was lucky to get anything on the first cause there was to many people suing the defendant and his insurance policy was maxed out. Funny, insurance company tries to go after my mothers home owners insurance to get more for my case because i was temporarily living with her when accident occurred due to mold in basement of my house. Here's the funny thing, the 18 kid who was speeding, or racing and lost control jumped the median into on coming traffic (which) was me & others lives with his parents and was driving a very expensive SUV which his parents poorly insured. WHY IS IT THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY and/or LAWYER cannot go after his parents homeowners to help fix the $400,000 in lost wages and property and being permanently on SSD at the starting age of 37. What do I get from RAND SPEAR? $75,000 and I got 9,985.00 of it. Ruined my life. N walked away with not a scratch. FU!! RAND SPEAR

Very poor lawyer they sell you out and won't give your settlement money getting a lawyer because I haven't received my case money. It been 5 months and counting.

I rated this lawyer 2 for knowledge because he attended law school. As far as my case he had no clue what was happening. He assigned a junior lawyer to my case and he talked me into accepting a settlement resulting in me getting absolutely nothing after expenses. They with held information crucial to my case and convinced me that I was lucky to get anything based on the information on file. They did very little to win this case. It seemed that they were only looking forward to a settlement. At least that way they would get something for their time which was not enough to get paid. I would not recommend these clowns to the victim of a dog bite if the teeth were still in the victim.

Please do yourself a favor and run before you hire Rand Spear. I was rear ended and need surgery and have permanent damage. I was sent to surgical consults by him that told me they didn't take anyone in litigation. They are not sympathetic to your needs. I meet with him over three times and he had no idea who I was or what my case was. I was fortunate enough to fire him and hire a great lawyer, who cares about what medical attention I need. He's a SCAM. Run the other way before you hire him and get nothing done. Lack of communication, ignorance and no knowledge of your case. I don't know how he is in the business of helping others. He doesn't.

This firm is the worst. My grandmother had a claim they handled. She was in her 70's and very frail. they tricked her into signing a fee of 45 percent. then sent her to a doctor that racked up 15,000 in bills. at the end of her case my grandmother got 267 dollars. This place is a disgusting scum bucket that the proper authorities don't have the balls to shut down.

I used this lawyer in 2010 and was not pleased with this firm , poor communication i never saw the same attorney twice and the case dragged out for almost 2yrs with a settlement that actually cost me more than it was worth to file!

1986. I resided in an apartment with my father and toddler daughter and was pregnant. My landlord had the property on the market. Rand Spear purchased the property. He informed me he was going to reside in the second fl unit. As closing approached he showed up with his real estate agent, unannounced and informed me he would need to reside in my unit. This upset me terribly and I broke down in tears at the prospect of now having to move. Mr. Spear told me that for me inconvenience, he would pay for my moving expenses. I was to contact him once I had found another apartment and he would make the moving arrangements and as I said, pay for these expenses. I made my arrangements. When I contacted Mr. Spear to discuss my arrangements, he flat out denied making any such promise to me. I tried to further discuss this with him and he just hung up on me and refused any further calls from me. This property is located on Conger Ave in Collingswood NJ. My name is Linda J. Wilkins.
