I just completed a guardianship/adoption with Mr. Oldfield's office. He was great and fought hard to help us every step of the way! I can't thank his Paralegal Erica enough. She was always helpful and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend this law office.

Mr. Oldfield Handel are guardianship/adoption case he has delivered. He was so amazing how he handel things in court. He kept us informed and his staff is very knowledgeable. They always called us back and kept us informed through out the whole case. I would highly recommend Mr. Oldfield.

He took $5,000 of my money for a trust. Never sent documentation via mail so, asked for my $5,000. He wrote me a letter personally attacking my character. Finding excuses not to lay back my money. Still, he has the money. He is a third. DO NOT HIRE!!

D Vorst lawyer ever!!! Communication zero , dishonest . For nine months didn't move forward with my case .lie lie lie.I had to fire I had to fire them him because I couldn't listen anymore he's promises and lies . Legal shield recommended him but I believe dick kick him out of legal shield .terrible experience terrible

Gerald Oldfield has been taking care of out deceased mother's estate.Sold her house on Sept 2013 and now almost 3 years later, the estate still hasn't closed even though the executor is in compliance.Gerald has called the executor 3 different times to tell him that the money will be ready for disbursement. After going to the court online find out different information each time, that there is always something else that has to be taken care of first. Gerald doesn't even communicate with the changes. This has been going on too long! Going to get legal help so I can get paid!

I hired Mr. Oldfield to handle my case regarding visitation and support. He delivered as promised and I couldn't be happier. Although, there were times when I didn't receive a call back for a day or two but his staff made sure I always got an answer. I would definitely recommend his services!

This lawyer represented my father and handled the trust when my father died. He lied to my sister and I, the trust was not handled the way he said it would be. As soon as we signed the paperwork in his office he has refused to return our calls for 3 months and the process was not handled the way he said it would be. Beware!
